BUFFALO URBAN HOUSING DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL  1996

This was a team project that I led while at the University at Buffalo.  Goals that I strived to accomplish in this particular project was to devise and develop an 'Edge Condition' concept.  The development of the concept would generate a differing facade as viewed from the surrounding streets.  The intent of the design would allow all participants a reconnection with the micro-community they are from and a city feel while not in a high rise.  The pedistrian becomes advantaged in the execution of the plan by maintaining a central community corridir and courtyard.  The effort and examination was successful providing a vehicle for the development of Art Deco inspired Architectural Elements within the broader context of an Urban Design initiative.
