ANALYZE / EVALUATE

Owner of entertainment facility needed research and documentation to validate his decision to invest in the expansion of the facility.  Provided Pro Forma Discounted Cash Flow Analysis regarding the feasibility of expanding existing entertainment facility. 

RESULT:

Owner revised his offer to purchase property based on the analysis saving $120,000.


COMMUNICATE

Acted as Architectural consultant providing concept visualization including using animated 3-Dimensional models of ‘Prohibition’.  Provided mechanical engineering services inclusive of structural analysis for the project.

RESULT:

Owner / Developer obtained over $120,000 in additional funding and permits approvals for development of property.  Facility opened on schedule.


DRAFT

Whirlpool JetBoat Tours Lewiston, NY wanted to increase tourist volume;   Provided program design, design development, environmental impact analysis, and business Pro Forma analysis.  Also, recommended purchase of Riverside Inn to increase volume of business.

RESULT:

Expanded entertainment services increasing tourist traffic Lewiston and dramatically affect “all day’ patronage of the Riverside Inn.  Volume increased from $20,000 annually in 1998 to over $250,000 in 2001, and above $20,000 daily in 2002.


NEGOTIATION

Complete design and construction of a Post and Beam residence from concept to final landscape installation.  Developed all architectural, structural, site damage, and utility plans for approvals as well as creating a schedule and prioritizing tasks to complete project on time and within budget.

RESULT:

Provided owners the ability to have project managed eliminating general contractor for a savings of $25 per square foot with total savings exceeding $70,000.


COMPUTER SKILLS

Corporate communications needed to be more responsive and timely;  Developed framework and acted as program / project manager for the creation of a corporate intranet to facilitate access data resource warehouse throughout the company including required document controls to retain ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 status.

RESULT:

Document retention expense reduction projected at $2500 per facility location; manpower savings of 4% throughout the corporations divisions and corporate efficiencies increase dramatically.


PLAN

Newly developed business subdivisions` Centers of Excellence, focus on establishing extemporary services via the creation of synergies.   Develop business plans, assume responsibility, provide focus and accountability as the framework to increase brand recognition and market share.

RESULT:

 These centers of excellence were projected to gross $12M for fiscal 2002, with projected growth in revenues to $24M for fiscal 2003.
